8. Three words: Birds of Prey

And then there's The (90s) Flash, Superboy, and Lois & Clark. Smallville on balance wasn't bad, but it became too bogged down IMO. Arrow's supposed to be pretty good, but I can't get into it. The current incarnation of The Flash looks excellent, though, and the forthcoming Future Legends (or whatever it's call) looks promising as well.

Of course, compared to Agents of Shield, even the worst of DC's offerings looks like a work of pure cinematic genius, so credit where due.

The Daredevil series on Netflix sets a preposterously high bar, though. It'll be hard for another series to top it.
