Superman-Super speed, super strength, invulnerability, x-ray vision, heat vision, super cold breath, able to time travel.

Batman-Cool car, baterang, and...eh...hoarse voice. Oh, and he is the World's Greatest Detective. And I almost forgot: utility belt.
