The American Leaguers play their own, and so do the National Leaguers. Never the twain shall meet until the World Series.

In Real Baseball, a team must be a WINNER in order to make it to the World Series. None of this crappy wildcard shit. You win, or you go home. Second place in any division makes you the first loser in that division and thus ineligible for post-season play.

I long for a return to Real Baseball.
