8. He was actually a head coach at Metro State

Won two Division II National Championships there.

As was a head coach for Division III California Lutheran & was a head coach for a pro Australian team that went to the "Grand Final" his first season followed by back-to-back semi-final appearances before Dunlap returned to the states following the death of his father. Whether that is good enough head coaching experience or not, just pointing out he does have head coaching experience.
