Fantasy football commissioner punishment question [View all]

Last week I picked a QB up on waiver so that my opponent couldn't get him. Didn't use him, just grabbed him so he couldn't get him. Now he's dropped.

I just got a message from the commish that I broke an unwritten rule and he ordered me to drop player x and pick up player y - and keep player y on my team through week 10.

Can I just tell him to fuck off? What can he do?
