49ers Levi's Stadium: (almost) ready for some football

3. For the past few years,

I've wondered how 49er fans who live in SF feel about having their team taken away and now having to commute almost 50 miles to-and-from there just to see a game. I also agreed with this comment from phatboy12345:

"the 49ers now play SIGNIFICANTLY further away from their home city of San Francisco THAN ANY OTHER TEAM IN THE NFL, NBA, MLB OR HOCKEY..
no team in North America is further away from their stadium than the 49ers... this is something i have not heard anyone mention (admit) but it's absolutely true, and it is not close..
congratulations on playing in a city that no one in San Francisco would voluntarily visit

Besides Great America, there isn't much else in Santa Clara. And probably most Bay Area 49er fans live in other counties. At least when the 49ers played in SF, the location was centrally-located and they played somewhere they actually represent. Now, it's going to add a bit of inconvenience for a lot of fans.
