Cleveland Browns expected to unveil new logo next week [View all]

The club notified its Browns Backers presidents through a weekly update email. The "launch" of its "rebranded" logo is set for Tuesday. Recipients were informed to keep checking their emails for the chance to be "one of the first to see it."

Per a 92.3 The Fan report, the logo will replace the Browns orange helmet as the primary logo

The logo is the first of several changes to the Browns' branding this year.

The club is expected to debut new Nike-developed uniforms in time for the April 30 NFL draft. The color schemes will remain orange, brown and white, although the shades could be slightly altered. Owner Jimmy Haslam has said no logos will be added to the orange helmets.

Branding is the least of their worries. But I'm glad the helmets stay logo-free.
