All they have is a story about whether Payless has a case if he sues; try to find something on the NY Times...compare this to Ray Rice, Framegate, any other controversy where the coverage was non-stop...it's not even close...Payless will win the PR battle, but he will lose the war because eventually it will seep in that he did it...like Clarenece Thomas...full out assault on Anita Hill, it worked and we're stuck with him, but a few months later and even today, the vast majority of people know he did it according to any poll.
