If you stop this at 10 seconds, you will see Scola's arm impede Love's left leg. If you hold up someone's leg while they are taking a stride, the automatic recovery to prevent a face plant is for putting that foot to the floor. Try walking across the room and intentionally catch your big toe, just a bit, into the back of your other calf, and see what happens.

There is bad blood between these two starting with Scola throwing the ball into Love's nads, but the video to me looks more like someone tripping than an intentional stomp to the face. If it had been intentional, Love would be more upright than he is at 10 seconds. He went to steo over Scola, Scola raised his right forearm resulting in contact that either puts Love on the floor or Scola getting stepped on.

Home advantage gives Love a 2 game suspension...
