2. Fortunate to be avoiding network pundits and broadcasters for my "home" teams ...

For Giants/Cubs I listened to our local radio guys Duane Kuiper, Mike Krukow (best in the business), Jon Miller and Dave Fleming.

For Cleveland/Boston/Toronto I listen to Tom Hamilton via the MLB AtBat app through my iPhone. There is a delay, but if you have a DVR you can pause the video action and sync the two. Tom Hamilton is a lot of fun. Of course he's biased. But he's also knowledgeable and shares good insight -- not as deep as Krukow, but more so than the network guys. I'll be listening to Hamilton call the World Series.
