It is legal to pay head hunters who persuade a lawyer to go to work for a specific law firm. Why is it a "bribe" to pay a parent for headhunting services?

It is outrageous that college sports businesses, such as Auburn University, have conspired to prohibit more than minimal payment to their employees. The college sports businesses should be prosecuted for their illegal restraint of trade.
