How long he'll be suspended (and possibly fined) is questionable (see the Indianapolis Colts owner for reference). Though, the league may decide he is a repeat offender (given past issues)
He is not being charged with a felony, so 'firing' him seems unlikely. And even if they did, his son would take over the team (ala the York family in San Francisco)
