9. I bought a flat one but have a couple of questions.

1) It seems kind of deep. Can the birds get their beaks down to the nectar if it isn't full?

2) The flat feeder tips so there is no liquid on one side. Do the birds figure it out? I don't like to fill it too full because I am not getting a lot of birds and have to dump it out once a week.
