16. I got the 8 oz size but it doesn't work. It tips when it has liquid in it.

Also, even if it was flat, looks like it'd have to be full for the bird's beaks to reach the nectar. I have one hanging next to my regular feeder and the birds check out the flat on but choose the regular one.
