6. Jesus was humanist, secularist and socialist.

Few who claim to be Christian follow the teachings of Christ. Especially the really loud ones.

I expect it's the obvious hypocrisy that has driven so many of us from their temples. Their real God is capitalism and the quest for wealth.

Are we not ill with hearing about the preachers from the mega-churches who live (tax/rent free) in mega-mansions, ride in helicopters to services and demand tithing from those who can least afford it?

There was some noise last year about going after some of the most egregious offenders. As usual, it was just noise.
