I didn't say everything taken literally in the bible is only for the simple minded, but you knew that. I doubt many Christians belief that Jesus was literally the son of God, in the normal sense of the word, or that Mary was a virgin, but that is irrelevant and harmless. Who cares if folk think Jesus walked on waterWhy does it bother you so fucking much? What drives your hatred for all things religious? That's the question you should be addressing. Quit being so concerned about the personal beliefs of others and start wondering where your anger comes from. Quit buying into all the negative hate filled propaganda. You're better than that.
