Only the OP can answer for what purpose the post was made.
I suppose the ark is obvious, and there may be some who deny climate change on religious grounds, but that's new to me.
Certainly some evangelicals deny science, so I guess climate change is science so you got that angle.
And Frankenstein is a classic Man Playing Creator trope, and "creator", well.
I kind of like the toon, his big body and tiny head, and always getting into trouble!
