(33,982 posts)obtains political power in the US.
His politics are the only thing of relevance at this point in time.
I've explained the 'peace purist' tag umpteen fucking times to you, yet you continue to misconstrue it. I can only conclude it is willful at this point.
There is nothing diverse about Carson. He's a republican. He would burn down the ACA if he could. He would ban same sex marriage if he could. Opposes 'abortion of convenience' as he terms it, he has likened homosexuality to pedophilia, wants school vouchers to further erode public education, open current drilling moratoriums offshore around critical habitat in Alaska and around the US to exploitation, proponent of American Exceptionalism, the son of a bitch actually said 'ObamaCare is the worst thing since slavery.'. We're talking about a neurosurgeon that doesn't believe in evolution. He claimed passing freshman inorganic chemistry was literally a divine miracle.
He's not running for Head Pediatric Neurosurgeon of the United States. He's running for President of the United States. His 'likeable' history as a surgeon is irrelevant. (and dubious) ONLY his politics are relevant now.
'His politics', which we agree 'suck', are who he is now. He's not a pediatric neurosurgeon anymore.
