Give each sentient being the ability to upload one's consciousness into God's Cloud, and to continue to experience existence there and optionally download into a meat puppet again. God of course has redundant servers and storage so that no calamity can eliminate our precious selves.
Abolish disease.
Abolish poverty.
No fucking ticks. They are gone. Mosquitoes can stick around but they don't bite, have to eat fruit or some other shit instead.
We actually don't need gods for any of this. Except the ticks and mosquitoes.
