That's the first of various written records from outside the area that talk about a people or kings from the bible from before the "Babylonian exile" that match with the biblical names.

There's no archaeological evidence for the 'exodus', or Israelites living in Egypt. But there is for Israelite kingdoms in the accepted area, from about 1000 BCE onwards.
