4. Well, it's easy to get confused after all them year of smokin that there hoochy cooch, y'know:

I get up sometimes in the dark and stagger through the damn acid-flash trails and starbursts on my way to go pee, and then when I'm washin my hands I'll look up and there might be this old crazy-lookin dude starin at me from across the sink, something familiar about him, y'know, like he's somebody ya met before, and his name is right on the tip of my tongue, That's ... uh ... that's ... aw, hell! I seen that fella before! and then I stumble back to bed, and while I'm tryin to go to sleep, I might lie there, listenin for aliens landin on my roof or such, and it'll hit me: Hey! Maybe that dude is god! but I'm always to tired to go back into the bathroom to ask him
