14. I keep hearing that Christ was kind, humble, accepting and both poor and generous to others.

I recall reading in at least one of the gospels that he enjoined his followers to go forth with as few belongings as possible.

I don't see this much in the Pope and RCC as an organisation. If they became more 'Christ-like', stopped preaching intolerance towards LGBT'ers and woman and did a bit more with all that wealth they have accumulated than I might give a tinker's cuss or more about what they had to say.
