16. I'm concerned about the stance of the church.

People that are gay and are Catholic (which, why?, but that's another discussion) DO NOT have any options to actually be who they are and still, functionally, remain Catholic. Anytime anyone brings that up in there, you go on this obfuscation that the church doesn't take a stance on civil union (which is bullshit, by the way, given their funding of attempts to stop laws from passing). The stance of the RCC actually does affect those that are gay and RCC.

No, I could not give a shit about who the RCC says in going to hell. I'm clearly going to be there for my apostasy. Good news is that there isn't really a there for them to send me.
