3. I Didn't Feel Confident Enough to Predict That

Because I didn't have a birth time for him, and therefore could not be absolutely sure of his Ascendant, as well as the consequent house placements of his other planets. But my speculations as to what his Ascendant may be seem to make a lot of things about him fall into place. Do you want me to predict, as I see it, what his chances are of getting the job, assuming that his Ascendant is where I think it is?
