3. Something I read long ago about the moon.

There was a piece about all the Jews being rounded up and sent to the moon. All Jews, everywhere. Then a disaster hit the earth and it was blamed on the Jews despite their being on the moon. When people had to flee to the moon, the Jews were displaced and sent to Mars(?). It was rather bleak and it has been a while since I read the piece (I'll see if I can find it).

People are woefully uneducated (undereducated) about anti-Semitism, and this includes other Jews. Like you said, most people think Nazi Germany and the Holocaust, and then dust their hands as if to say "well, that's over now; move on!" We are seeing modern examples outside of the obvious, such as the shooting in Kansas, the flyers in Ukraine and the marches in France. There are more insidious, creepy ways it is infecting an entirely new generation. While many don't buy into some of the more classic versions, some do and promote them quite well. Visit just about any conspiracy site, especially ones about 9-11, and you will be shocked at the level of anti-Semitism. It isn't just the fringe freaks who are touting this bullshit anymore, and isn't just the fringe who are accepting it. There are modern day blood libels, modern day versions of The Protocols, and, then tried and true standbys of Jewish control of the Banks, media, and halls of power.

One of the things I have found offensive is the misuse of Holocaust imagery from a variety of sources (left, right, Jewish, non-Jewish) and the flat out denial another Holocaust could happen to the Jews, yet, one will hear from both fringes how the Holocaust for their "group" is inevitable. Suddenly everyone is the "new Jews," but it's us "old Jews" still getting the shaft in many ways!
