On the abuse of faculty immunity

1. Why do these faculty members have disciplinary immunity? If the

University won’t enforce their code of conduct on tenured faculty members, the university needs to change the tenured immunity clause.

That being said if these faculty members were involved in the vandalism and harassment against Jewish students, then one would think they are in violation of local laws, and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
