Vassar College says it has identified the students believed to be responsible for creating and distributing a "disorientation" guide that is "provocative of violence and anti-Semitism."

The college learned Friday that an email had been sent anonymously to about 400 students, some of whom were freshmen.

"The email was linked to a document on Google... many groups were targeted, including Zionists," according to a statement from Vassar.

Vassar has "taken swift action, immediately condemning the behaviors this document advocates, and launching an investigation into who was behind it," the statement said. "By Saturday morning, we had identified the students believed to be responsible for its creation and distribution and began the student conduct process."

Among the suggestions: "Slap a Zionist <3"; "Host a molotov cocktail making workshop"; "Start a gender neutral frat"; "Advocate making vassar (sic) simply 'tobacco free' instead of 'smoke free.'"
