1. If Miller or his family are no longer part of that congregation, then that works for me. However,

if Miller or his family are still part of that congregation, I am somewhat mixed whether he should have been called out during Rosh Hashanah service, though I definitely agree with the Rabbi's feelings toward Miller's actions.
