3. I would like to know what religion such people follow. Any religion that doesn't teach soul

Shouldn't qualify as a religion. If the discriminator can't explain where the soul came from, its nature and its purpose, then I'd question that actual religious belief was behind the discrimination.

Usually, these religious claims come from Christians. If I'd been cross-examining such claimants in court, they'd never win a pro discrimination judgment. It's impossible to use Christian teachings to legitimize hatefulness.
