15. One thing people tend to ignore about kudzu

is that the root is an edible and reasonably nutritious foodstuff. We might just get desperate enough to start eating it in the not too distant future as warming continues and kudzu is the only crop that won't fail.

Nothing but harvesting every year will kill that stuff.
