Teabaggers and mainstream republicans have been sneaking legislation into state omnibus bills that restrict the teaching of evidence-based science without an equal time segment alloted to fundamentalist objections and alternate, non-science based explanations. The legislation forces the teacher to research each peice of knowledge and theory for alternate explanations and be prepared to argue in favor of nonscientific explanations in a science class. If the local minister or mullah notices a gap in intruction about alternate viewpoints, the teacher is accused of various nefarious deeds and let go.
Idiocracy is happening right now- get as much real science as you can while it still doesnt carry a penalty.
Why do teabaggers hate everything that is good?
