Alzheimer's disease, the most common form of dementia, affects millions of people around the world. This Forum event examined the results of a new poll conducted by the Harvard School of Public Health and Alzheimer Europe on perception and awareness of the disease among residents in the U.S., Germany, France, Spain and Poland -- and their views on the value of diagnosis. This event was presented in collaboration with Reuters and was part of the Andelot Series on Current Science Controversies.
