This uniformly accelerating "growth" is assumed, not demonstrated or given. Saying that it originates at a "sub-atomic" level doesn't mean much since there are about 25 orders of magnitude between the atomic scale and the Planck length. At what scale does this "growth" originate? What mechanism drives it?

Still, one effect I'd notice is an exponential decrease in the density of everything. If the volume increases without a corresponding increase in mass, the density decreases.
