"Keep time with the universe?" Unlike other clocks, that keep time with... what? (yes, I get the part about discussing its precision by talking about how much it would be "off" over the age of the universe)

Anyway, I'll watch out for the PRL article - I couldn't figure out what they're doing from these popular accounts.
