2. Very little blood flow through the bones, but there is some

I know because my daughter got an infection in her shoulder joint from a botched medical procedure in a Caribbean country. It took her three years and the removal of the ball and joint from her shoulder to get rid of it. She now has titanium shoulder joint (and yes I do refer to her as a cyborg).
