is work on OPTIC NERVE repair or using electronics to help with the impulses...

my daughter has ONH (Optic Nerve Hypoplasia) her optic never did not attach correctly and the nerve itself is not equipped with enough fibers to carry the signal. she is totally blind in her left eye....and her right one is getting worse for some strange reason now too...
