To hell with teachers' concerns and parents' concerns and students' concerns! Get those kids behind desks before the economy suffers!

I agree that this study appears to have certain gaps, but by now it's clear that, given the choice, society, businesses, the fed, and the CDC in particular will err on the side of carelessness.
