they will be on the hook for damages, just like Big Tobacco. They knowingly marketed a harmful product and did everything imaginable to bamboozle the public into thinking it was safe.

I guess we'll see how many more of us they're willing to kill to protect their precious shareholder value. Millions upon millions, at least.
