I went to NYC last weekend (before the storm mind you) and did an interview with Dave Marsh on his Sirius (Spectrum) Kick Out the Jams show. Dave is a fellow Detroit-er and has been a supporter of Crenshaw music since Marshall's first LP back in the 80's. I think you can go to the archive and check it out. We talk about all four songs on the CD and play each track as well. I did see that the CD is on the "top sellers" list on CD Baby. I can't image what that means in terms of sales, but so far the feedback has all been very positive. It's amazing how many people have "come out" to me as A-theist since I've been hawking it.
I feel proud to participate in the public discussion and think that more people talking about and scrutinizing religion is probably a good thing, as opposed to giving it pass because someone might be offended or find out what they really love about Christmas is Santa Clause, community, family, charity, and not so much on the Jesus.
