12. Watching the OK local news station today

and a young lady was being interviewed, standing on the rubble that was once her home. She said the tornado was the "grace of god". I'm almost certain that grace had nothing to do with it.

It is astonishing how the faithful will turn off their brains in order to avoid the obvious. If cognitive dissonance was actually painful, there would probably be a lot fewer religious people.
