There is convincing evidence that The Great Pyramid exists. There is convincing evidence that atoms and neutrinos exist. There is convincing evidence that Barack Obama exists. Gods seems to require special pleading to exempt them from the same standards of evidence, however. The fact that a single observation is not enough to be convincing doesn't mean that the bar has been set unreasonably high.
