4. If I were "intelligently designed", then I have a problem with the designer.

Our rods and cones are on the wrong side of the retina and we have a fixed focal distance between the lens and retina. This means that our rods and cones have to be see-through and we have to distort the lens to focus, wearing it our over time. Squids have rods and cones on the correct side of the retina and change the focal distance between the lens and retina to focus rather than distorting the lens. What the fuck? Why did the squids get the good eyes? Does God know what a pain in the ass bifocals are? Why don't my teeth heal or just regrow? Did God invent dental insurance, too? Or are the dentists His chosen people? Apparently He's somewhat fond of physicians, too, because the appendix's only function is as a cash cow to the medical profession. I'm not too fond of what He's done with the knees and the lower back, either. Yeesh.
