From Krafft-Ebing's Psychopathia Sexualis:

"R.," masturbated at the age of 7, practiced lewdaess with boys, stole wherever she could, seduced her 4-year-old sister into masturbation, and at the age of ten was given up to the practice of the most revolting vices.

Even ferrum candens ad clitoridom had no effect in overcoming the practice, and she masturbated with the cassock of a priest while he was exhorting her to reformation.

(Near as I can tell, being unprivileged in both Latin and medicine, "ferrum candens ad clitoridom" meant cauterizing the clitoris.)

Well, whatever we think of the young lady's morality, I think we have to admire her gumption and stick-to-it-iveness.
