(12,132 posts)I've seen him once and that was at my mom's funeral. Now that she's gone I have no reason ever to correspond with him again and I like it that way.
lol, since my mom died, my aunt has opened up some on her feelings toward him too - not so oddly they match mine - I know towards the end we _almost_ had mom convinced to come out to Florida and spend the rest of her days with us but she just ran out of time.
I'm glad your church experiences were all positive and yet you ended up here with me. It's hard to describe but it really helps me to know that.
I don't know anything about Sardines except that that is what we felt like on the old church bus once we had picked everyone up! But anything that ends up with laughing, happy kids is OK in my book. In the unlikely event that I ever find myself in a position that has a say in any congregation's doings, I'm voting for happy kids every time.
