I guess that's how the equation works. Sure goes against everything I understand the First Amendment to be about. Declaring certain ideas off-limits to criticism - no matter whether that criticism is intellectual, or comical - is distinctly ANTI-American and quite frankly I'm disgusted to see it here on an allegedly progressive, liberal site. I would much sooner expect to find it on FR.
