1. Probably Jupiter. Saturn is dimmer and to the right of Jupiter.

Two nights ago, I missed my chance to photograph the rising moon, Jupiter and Saturn. My camera probably would not have picked up Saturn anyway, because it is not nearly as bright as Jupiter.
