Earlier this evening I was speaking with My Son The Astronomer, and he told me that right after sunset Venus would be just below the crescent moon. Alas, it was a bit cloudy in the west, so I didn't get to see that. But I will be looking in the next few days for the moon and those planets.

I LOVE astronomy.
