2. Right I've had similar experiences

I was indoctrinated during naval service with safety issues, and procedures. Also shipboard damage control and survival at sea training. I witnessed an undue number of military aircraft accidents, luckily only indirectly as a third party. So I found the video compelling. The ships design was a problem they mention in the film. The conduct of the crew and coast guard was unacceptable. The overloading of the vessel way beyond weight limits isn't mentioned but has been reported elsewhere.

I was in a Lotte department store in Seoul when there was a fire. Fortunately no one was injured.

I'm sorry the video isn't working for you. I watched it an hour or so ago with no problems on the vimeo site.
