Authentic mainland Chinese places I would say has great expanded which is change over from Cantonese authentic that used to be more prominent here if you were not seeking American
I like Asian fusion -one of my favorites operated by ....Malaysians!
Also I like Indian Chinese fusion which might not be salty but it is very spicy and now just talking about it I want some IC soup or Manchurian
