I thought she had a country or folk style too. She will try to sing any popular tune it seems. Sometimes it doesn't work but usually it does. US country or folk style was popular in S.Korea during the seventies I think. Those Korean singers that interpreted that style are getting old now. I'm glad to see a younger singer come along and do this.

The obvious pleasure she takes in performing is contagious. Looks like she was a club singer for a long time.
